Player/Parent Meeting -  February 10th, 7:00 PM, High School Cafeteria
Player Sign-up -  March 7th, 4-5:00 PM, High School Cafeteria
 
Participation Fee
The participation fee for 2010 will be $350.
      • Fee is 90% refundable on/before April 1. 
      • No refunds after Spring Break.
      • Increased fee (from $275 in ’09) due to anticipated lower fund raising
      • Efforts to reduce costs improved 2010 budget by 20% vs 2009 budget

Other Fees
Players required to buy a portion of their game uniforms
       • Shorts for JV and shorts / shirt / team jacket for Varsity 
       • We will be using same uniforms from 2009 so
       • There will be no  need to buy new apparel for returning players.
       • Anticipated costs $35 for JV/Freshman and $90 for Varsity.
       • A refundable deposit of $100 is due at the start of the season to insure
            the return of jerseys and other East equipment
       • All Fees are due prior to season start (March 15, 2010)

Participation Fee Offset
Players can earn part or all of their participation and apparel fee through the following:
       • T-shirt Sales-  sell EGR Lacrosse T-shirts for $15 & get a $10 credit          
       • Pick up your T-shirt sales form in the athletic office starting Dec 15. 
       • Order forms will be due by season start.
       • Ad Sales-  sell advertising in our yearbook. 
       • In January, players can sell advertising in our yearbook to offset  fees.
      • Details available in January.

Key Dates for 2010 Season
    • We will have a player parent meeting in February and an equipment
               handout & and official sign up in early March.
      • SPRING BREAK- the varsity does have an evening game in Detroit on April.       • Players will be released for spring break following the game (transportation
            home will be provided). 
      • Practices resume the following Saturday morning (April 10). 
      • Varsity players are expected to be back Friday evening April 9 for the
               mini-camp on April 10 and 11.
